"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. "Breakfast was great. A little more than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very comfortable room and mattress. The place was very clean and the staff helpful. I stayed at one other place but this was much better even though the other place was nice. Not many westerners visit Quy Nhon so you’ll need to rely on translation apps if your tieng viet is weak even at hotels. Even then, everyone is so nice and helpful it’s not a problem."

"Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon."
