I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. What I liked: The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine (no dryer) in the room was very convenient for a longer stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. What could be better: We stay for 18 nights, Housekeeping only provided free of charge once every 7 days. That’s the biggest challenge for us. We have no idea where to put our trash, we tried to put it in hallway at the morning though the housekeeping would collect it, but ended up stayed there for 2 days. We were told to hand the trash in to the reception. Another thing, there was no safe box in the room to put our valuable belongings. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

It's an boutique onsen hotel. I got fooled by the picture and sqft, it is too small to have 3 ppl in the room, and location is too far from most of restaurants. But if you ok with that, it's a good onsen hotel to stay, the hotel restaurant provides excell

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive for my needs. The facility was super clean and great location. Definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a good place for foreigner, good room layout even with 3 ppl stay in a room. A very small public bath house, but not an onsen, but it does what it supposed to do. But the washing stations has water control facet which is very annoying to wash up after the bath. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if coming back.
