"Hotel was relatively clean. Shower was stained with dirt. Bedding could be improved, worn. Breakfast was not edible. Look nice but was cold and frozen in taste. Not bad but, not special either."
"The front desk ladies were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure our stay was great. Once checked in I went to the room the bed had been made but pillows had not been put on. I then went to the restroom -- floor had not really been swept, and shower products had not been put back into place. The toilet would not flush either. I went back to the front desk and let them know about the toilet. The sweet young lady tried calling someone for help. She finally asked if she could go take a look at the problem. She fixed the toilet (thank goodness). The hotel was totally booked. In fact, they over sold rooms and people showed up to not have rooms. So glad we checked in early. Bed slept great but housekeeping could use some help."
"~The woman at the front desk kindly allowed me to check in 3 hrs early.
~The free coffee in lobby was very much appreciated. B'fast was good.
~ Fridge in room kept things cold, coffeepot in room worked well
~Bed was comfortable, sheets clean
~I usually wear flip flops in hotels but briefly had them off. The carpet in the room felt sticky and bottom of feet were black in minutes, left black footprint on tiles in bathroom. Wore shoes rest of stay. Carpet had been vacuumed but definitely needed to be steam cleaned.
~The heavy, mirrored closet door fell off the hinges when we opened it, but fortunately, no one was injured. Did tell the staff and they said they were sorry that happened.
~Parking lot and front entrance ok but had some debris and needed blowing off"
"Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. Shower has holes in plastic walls where I'm sure water is running in and creating mold behind walls. I booked a double queen bed and they have full size beds they are passing off as queen size. Ac had to be set to 66° just to keep it somewhat cool in the room. The pool was the only clean part of the hotel.
This place need a contractor to do MAJOR work, NOT the landlords handle man special. Caulking does NOT fix everything!
Instead of Priding yourself on the hot breakfast of microwave bacon and powder scramble eggs, save that 40$ it cost and start doing the major Renovations your hotel needs. You charge on the top end of normal hotel prices when you should only be charging 35$ a night with how bad your rooms, and hotel is. You want more guests to stay, then fix the place and all the issues. If you treat your hotel like a Crackhead then expect the guests to do the same!"
"Room was old and needed updating and a good cleaning. The only thing that appeared to be fresh were the linens. Staff was fine and helpful with questions about the area.
Breakfast was nonexistent compared to other places we have stayed.
Very disappointed in the lack of care at this motel."
"Current guests were cooking on electric skillets on the sidewalk, bathroom was ancient, a
A/C fan had a terrible high pitch scream.
We forfeited our prepayment and left before we unloaded our bags.
Horrible place. No idea how this rated a 7+ rating on Expedia"
