"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"

"We arrived at the hotel on a Thursday and check in time was 3 o’clock and we were told that the room isn’t ready they are getting it cleaned, as we were waiting several customers came in and were given a room, I asked if there is another room available and my question was dismissed, she stated they are working on it now, still waiting and the office staff is in the office laughing and have a great time while you have customers waiting like go help housekeeping if you don’t have anything to do. The pool is not working and with the signs they have up it’s not just a temporary thing. We booked that hotel for that amenity, you can’t afford to fix your pool? Breakfast was good and dining room was clean coffee was great. Our key card stopped working so if you park in the back be prepared with your hands full to have to walk around, I would stay here again only if guaranteed my room would be ready and the pool is fixed, so check ahead before you book because I guarantee you that pool sign has been up for awhile. "

"This hotel was terrible, dirty and rooms were in very poor condition. Bathroom tub was so 'stained', faucet hanging off in tub, water pressure non existent. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. No rooms were available in this area, so we had to stay. Never again. "

"Hot lobby, had to fill out a registration card despite booking and paying online, poor wiring in the room two lamps were not working. Mini fridge and microwave at first had no power. Very small bathroom you had to flick the lights on outside of the door. Very small tv. "
