Room was so nice. The room was in its own detached house and in a duplex style. Breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly indeed.

This hotel has nice villas and very friendly staff, but the owner(s) need to invest in the facilities. It needs a facelift. For instance, villas' Fassa are getting rotten. Villas need better ventilation to control humidity in the rooms. Bathrooms needs to be upgraded. Sinks and showers' doors are acient, they leak, and smell.

My family and I stayed at the property for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The staff was willing to modify and accommodate my two additional guests last minute. The stag was very informative and helpful through our stay. The pool was clean as well as the property. I would definitely book my stay again.

It’s an excellent place, love it and I’ll coming back next year. Breakfast was good but the buffet we wait for long time and small amount of food. Parking was free. The personal was very friendly the place was quite it. The best thing was that you can saw the beautiful volcano.

Peaceful retreat in Banos, Ecuador
We stayed two nights at Casa Giralda. Things we really enjoyed: close proximity to hot springs/baths (walkable); two-room unit with 7 beds made it very comfortable for big family, complimentary breakfast was excellent; the one jacuzzi, sauna, and hot steam room were great; location is a little above town so you get great views and more quiet/little traffic on road. Things that need to be improved: two of the four jacuzzis were out-of-service, and one of the two pools was closed. Overall, the property is on-par with the higher end hotels in Banos, but has greater amenities and a superior location if you want peace and quiet.

It was all I expected. Very nice facility, it may need a little upgrade, but overall great. The cabin was comfortable, location is perfect, close to everything without being in the middle of town. Staff super helpful and kind. Good breakfast.

Rustic charm in the town of Banos.
The hotel is very rustic and charming. For the price it was great. When the sky clears you have a spectacular view of the tungurahua volcano a few miles away. A great free breakfast, jacuzzi, dry and wet saunas. Great location!

The pools were not operating...dogs were barking all night long on the property next to the place...Outside of the city core which would have been great if at night it was actually quiet.

Sin embargo, le quiero recalcar que su actitud fue: • Parquear su auto en medio del parqueadero corchando a 2 carros y cuando se le pidió mover lo hizo de mala gana. • Irrespeto total a las reglas del lugar, tomando alcohol en el hidromasaje, haciendo ruido hasta la media noche, sin querer retirarse del hidromasaje. • Ingresar a otras habitaciones, siendo que las mismas están desinfectadas, violando la bioseguridad del local • No usar la mascarilla Por lo demás también le comentamos que el recepcionista que le recibió era el administrador de Recepcion, cuya responsabilidad con usted fue de exigir cumplimiento de normas y protocolos que para usted parece que no aplicaban

Al sitio le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, no había agua caliente, me cobraron en la tarifa de expedia $50 dólares de más que nunca me reembolsaron, dijeron que no estaba incluido el desayuno cuando si estaba. Las piscinas el agua es helada, hay un hidromasaje que tiene el agua templada. No lo recomendaría, la noche $40 dólares definitivamente se puede encontrar mejores opciones.

Muy agradable experiencia
El hotel es un lugar muy agradable, sus espacios de esparcimiento cómodos y las habitaciones limpias. El servicio del restaurante fue bueno, el desayuno buffet delicioso y fresco, pero no espere grandes platos después de las 9 de la noche, aunque las salchipapas estuvieron muy bien, su sanduche mixto deja mucho que desear, pero se compensa con el servicio a la habitación. La piscina y los hidromasajes son bonitos y uno la pasa bien en la parte cubierta, y el turco y el sauna compensan en caso de que el clima este un poco frío. Y los contactos del hotel para las actividades ayudan mucho, como por ejemplo el alquiler de bicicletas (de mejor calidad que las del pueblo). Finalmente aunque sólo estuvimos un día y medio el descanso pareció mucho más

Hotel viejo y sin mantenimiento, desayuno entre semana estaba bien, el fin de semana cuando es buffet estuvo muy malo. Pocas opciones, no había queso, no había jamón ni embutidos. Huevos solo revueltos. Sería mejor siempre a la carta.

Muchas gracias por su comentario, Sin embargo señor usted no ha pagado directamente su alojamiento, ya que utilizo el sistema de OTA Expedia (OTA: Online Travel Agency) para su reserva. Tal como puede usted constatar en su tarjeta de crédito, el cargo de alojamiento NO está realizado a nombre de Casa Giralda, sino esta a nombre de Expedia. Por lo tanto si un tercero es el que le cobra ese mismo es el que lo factura. Esto está incluso estipulado en la ley ecuatoriana. Esto ya hemos conversado por email a su email personal, le hemos comentado en todas sus otras publicaciones y le hemos enviado como descargarse la factura desde el sitio de Expedia directamente. Además hemos pedido cordialmente que Expedia le envie la Factura. Si con todo lo que hemos hecho, usted aun no esta satisfecho, recomendamos que su propio viaje reserve directo y que en sus tarjeta de credito el consumo este a nombre del establecimiento para poder brindarle la factura.
