"After 3 months traveling around Asia, I had a stop over em Beijing and this hotel was the best place I stayed on these months. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is new, clean, comfy. The room is big and offer shampoo, cond, body lotion... All we need! The western breakfast was amazing. If you need to stay close to the airport, this is the best place. They picked me up and took me at the airport for free. "

They are generous, two bottles of water per person per day, one small bottle of milk and two cans of sports drink. They are all free. They give free bottle water when check out. "I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great.
The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby.
