The room was not cleaned every day, and we had to ask one of the cleaners to tidy up and provide new towels. The fan in the washroom was not working, although we reported this to the front desk, no one came. Overall, for that type of service, the hotel price should be less expensive. In addition to this, I find the front desk staff to be less helpful and their faces were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel said they had not received my bookings evening though they confirmed it on email. The manager told me they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there which I find hard to believe.
