The staff was wonderful, and the lobby and entrance are stylish and inviting. However, the room was extremely dark, with poor lighting and very small windows. The lack of natural light made the room feel closed in and uncomfortable, and I found it difficult to relax there. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations

"The hotel said they had not received my bookings evening though they confirmed it on email. The manager told me they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there which I find hard to believe. The manager and his colleague even laughed a couple of times between themselves while this was going on. ..."
