Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.

Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour.

Go to Bansko, just don't pick this hotel. We visited from USA this summer for few days. It few positives: good outside appeal, a scout camp for the kids if you stay a full week, outdoor and indoor pool, breakfast with good variety of fresh fruits and veggies as well as traditional bulgarian options. That being said there is way too many negatives. Service is poor. They are not interested in resolving any concerns or issues their clients have. Our room had a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. They told me that they need few hours to decide if they will address the problem. They must have desided not to, becausue they never did. The rest of the staff were also unfriendly and would refuse assistance on any requests. If you are booking online they will give you a poorer quality room smaller with no view. I booked online while my friend called over the phone for the same room. The irony is that they charge online more, but give you worse quality. NO AC in the rooms!!! No hair conditioner and none provided when we asked. They told us to buy some from their store. The pool looks good on pictures but it is much smaller than you would expect and it is very cold. No lifeguard. You can have much better experience if you book a small family owned hotel in the center of the city. We only decided on this hotel because of the pool but I regret it.

Güzel Kayak Hoteli

Bansko'ya kayak tatili için arkadaşımla geldim. Bu otel Bansko da kayak tatili yapmak için ideal. Kayak kiralama opsiyonu sağlıyor ve şehirdeki diğer yerlere kıyasla daha ucuz. Biz günlük 20 levaya kiraladık. Kahvaltı güzel, akşam yemek porsiyonları da büyük. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Şehir merkezinden biraz uzak. Kayağa gitmek için shuttle servisi olsa da akşam dışarı çıkarken biraz yorucu olabiliyor. Ayrıca havuz ve sauna seçeneklerinin olması da çok iyi bir detay. Rahatlamak için güzel bir imkandı beğendik.

Le stanze non sono insonorizzate bene, ma fortunatamente ho sempre i tappi con me per dormire, altrimenti sarebbe stato difficile dormire tranquilli al primo piano. Le stanze sono pulite, nessun problema da questo punto di vista ma mancava un bollitore d’acqua con il te perfino nelle stanze superior. La spa ammetteva bambini, quindi c’era tantissimo casino sempre, un po’ impossibile rilassarsi. Colazione super e cena buffet pure. Bel panorama sulle montagne. Rapporto qualità prezzo mediocre, per via del servizio non super.

Apartment was big and comfortable. Nice shower too. Wifi in room was good. Pool was one of the best indoor hotel pools as long and had jacuzzi jets. We had a late checkout and we’re only charged £4/hour which was very reasonable. Only downside was the buffet breakfast could have been warmer on some days

Great resort, with awesome amenities and prices

Great resort, with even better amenities, friendly stuff, and unruly guests. The resort consists of several pavilions, that are not phisicly attached to each other. Not all of the pavilions are updated However, even as they are are OK. All of the buildings are heated in winter to unbelivable level! The breakfast has generous offer and variety of food, meat, eggs, ceral, fruit and vegetables.... The SPA has a nice pool - always heated for best comfort with a pool guard (that tolerates gust children jumping in the pool, besides the plethora of signs that explicitly prohibit that). Also, there ia an turkish steam bath, a sauna, an aroma therapy room, plenty of showers, towels, beds, on site excellent maseuses with solid offer and variety of services. The oweral higiene of the comple is on satisfactory level. One critic - the pathways and the drayways are not always clean of snow and ice - so it can be a challenge going for breakfast, or taking a trip to the SPA. Otherwise, a great resort, reasonably priced, with awesome amenities!

Outside Bansko,good SPA facilities no WIFI in room

The Hotel is in a good location if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle.The Transfer service is good. The Spa facilities are good but the room smelled of sewage everyday. WiFi was only available in the lobby. There was no cutlery in the draws, no saucepans nor plates in the cupboards even though we had hotplates and a fridge. No Mini Bar and the Television was only working the last three days from a seven night stay. Breakfast Buffet is good.

Not a 3,5 Star Hotel

First I would like to say that the Hotel personal and service were great! Very polite, forthcoming and helpful! I would consider staying in this hotel only because of the great service. Unfortunately the photos look much much better than the reality. We were a group of 5 and rented an apartment with living room/ Kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was supposedly renovated. When we got there the whole room smelled like smoke and cigarettes. Other than that the room was clean and was cleaned every morning during our stay. As we could not change rooms due to the fact that the Hotel was fully booked we had to stay in the room. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and was probably at least 20 years old. I could feel the spring in the mattress in my ribs and back. The couch in the living room was almost as hard as the floor. The bathrooms were tiny and very impractical. There is no wardrobe in the hallway even though it's a Ski Hotel and it can be expected that guests would need to hang their ski clothes. The Spa is actually quite nice, however very small and if the Hotel is full there are far too many people and children there. It is very loud so we stoped using it as there was no possibility to relax. The massage is recommendable! The saunas didn't work properly as well. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant is also cozy. If you go for dinner I would recommend a la card. Overall I don't think I would chose this Hotel again.

1))The sauna is fine and stayed in nice condition.But as a ski resort, Entertainment facility seems to not enough.During winter time, indoor entertainment facility are only table games and kids play room.For adults there are not having enough indoor entertainment. 2))Spa and sauna is from 9:00am to 9:00pm.which means after 9pm you don't have much things to do and the bar is super small.The seats are in the lobby.so after 9:00pm the hotel lobby will full of people 3))My swimsuit made the hotel towel dirty(dyed a little on the robe)and the hotel manager was going to charge me for.Because he told me that rube is unwashable and destroyed. After 5 mins i cleaned the robe by myself with soap.I don't believe why this could be a charge to a guest.We all know that how the hotel clean their towels (with super strong chemical agent) and don't even talk about when you are doing a hotel business,depreciation rate of supplys in the hotel should all be include in your room rate. I felt uncomfortable a 3-4 star hotel charge their guest because of this.especially it could be washed be soap easily in 5 mins.I have doubt the hotel manager is lack of experience or just want to over charge their guest. 4)))The restaurant was lack of organization.Water didn't guide to your table instead you pick whichever you want and it caused me huge inconvenient. Because after i put my belongings and food on the table.After 3-5 mins when i came back to my seat, my table was tooken by other guests.
