"We stayed 3 nights at Mealea Resort in the Mealea Suite Room.
The location is quite good, with all the crab restaurants and market within 100 meters. There is an ATM and a small supermarket nearby as well. The main town area and beach are about 1km away. It was not difficult to get a tuk-tuk outside the hotel.
The suite room is large and was quite clean. It is showing signs of it's age and could use a refurbishment. We used the small private patio. The water in the small pool was cold and we didn't get in past our knees, unfortunately.
The staff members are friendly, although English language was a bit of problem with some staff. Rin, the manager (I think) was excellent and his English skills were very good. "
"I rise in love with this place! The setting, amenities and facilities was perfectly designed. Quiet and welcoming. It feels like rainbow magic forest. The room is very clean and it has everything you need. Having a kitchen is a big win.
The team is very lovely people. The Kep Paradise! I want to come every year just to chill here. That’s how I felt! 100 stars! "
"We really like the couple who run the place. Super friendly and helpful. We walked the 8 kilometer loop around the national park and enjoyed that. Really great views."
"Large room all 8 rooms had a sea view it was a bit out the way but a tuk tuk was only $2 to the crab market we walked back at a slow stroll and it took us about 45 minutes with lots of food carts along the way. The pool area was very quiet the only down side could be for some that there was only one parasol. Breakfast cooked to order overall I would recommend this small hotel."
"Staff very friendly, only stayed 1 night. The air conditioning really did not cool the room needs to be replaced or repaired. The door handle and lock needs to be replaced and or updated it seemed like it was ready to fall off. The view was very nice. Good location. For the price compared to other hotels I was disappointed considering the air conditioning and door lock. No elevator so if you do go there understand you’re gonna carry your luggage up and downstairs..other that those things it was a nice stay. "
