Check-in and out were simple, the room was basic and very clean, the coffee was fantastic and sitting in the sunshine in their little lawn was wonderful. The staff were so incredibly friendly they really made the stay really enjoyable. We walked everywhere, once we parked the car we only drove to other parts of Maine, no need for a car to explore Bar Harbor from their location. We loved our stay.

The best thing is the walkable location to town. Our bed felt like we were sleeping on springs and the pillows were very hard. There were some unknown stains on the carpet and the bathroom had hair in it. The lobby coffee was good, no coffee maker in room. The front desk staff were all nice.

Excellent location, highly recommend! This place was exactly what we needed for our 4-day trip to Bar Harbor. It’s within walking distance to the Main Street and has a large, free parking lot. We enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby, the TV in the room, and helpful recommendations from the staff. Great value for the price!
