"Noone at desk upon arrival. Struggled to find a parking spot, get help at the desk(waited over 10 minutes) saw a sign to use the phone. Finally staff arrived and said the phone didn’t work anyway. ATM didnt work. Confusing layout (odd room on one side but then an even number ?) Not well lit hallways. Carpet in room clean but hair in bathroom and very musty. Beds very clean and comfortable.
Second day, Sunday to Monday, room key cards didn’t work. Semi in parking lot revving engine over an hour at 3:30 a.m.!!!!
Breakfast area clean, not restocked often so eggs ran out.
Highlight was excellent bartender and service at connected restaurant.
Would not recommend or book again. Will be in town again but will use different hotel."

"My husband and I have chosen this hotel 3 times for the easy access to other hotel’s restaurants and attractions., the rooftop fireplace, and the excellent coffee. The staff is always nice and helpful and they also remember us each time. The rooms are comfortable and clean."

"Amazing job on the remodel so far. I would recommend staying here and decent price. Wintergreen was a regular stop for our family. Restaurant is a bit pricey. Food looked great but was not very hot. $40+ for breakfast for 2 and we didnt order anything big. Disappointing as I was always happy with the old restaurant. Maybe skip the restaurant."
