"Great location and spacious room. The only comment we have is that it would have been good to have a car space outside our room, to assist with unloading the car. The motel was not busy, so not sure why this wasn't automatically allocated to us?"

"Renee was super welcoming, via telephone and in person. I called to make sure of facilities when I was still on holiday and was handled with a welcoming tone, appropriately and amazingly assured me of my purchase. My room was fresh and clean, felt so much better using the cutlery and crockery looked and was clean. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The whole environment was clean clear and cut. Felt like others who were there were in order as well parking spaces felt like it was a well enjoyed place. Just by other tenants. Great to see. They advertised the menu for Wednesday and I was catered to as I only eat chicken and fish so my pizza was catered for me. Convenient and handy for my overnight needs. Thank you for hosting me overnight. Happy to tell my fellow colleagues on change out day. Great customer service happy workers and people, gave me an excellent reception. I will go again. "

"We loved how spread out and quiet it was. It was a nice tidy room and the lady at reception was lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant wasnt open on the night we stayed, so we didnt get a chance to try the food but we would definitely stay again."

"We had an over night stay on our way to Carnarvon Gorge. The Laurels was such a pleasant surprise very homely and welcoming. Received an upgrade to room on the creek which had an outdoor bath. If had more time would have used it to take in the serenity. We loved it. "
