The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating- even going so far as to check I was well when I slept in after a long hike at Kilimanjaro. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area."

The staff made sure that I had a shuttle to go around town and a safe way to get there, had a secure place to store the remaining luggage, and they made delicious food for breakfast and at the restaurant. "This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend Shose if you are in the Moshi area. Starting with the warm welcome from Benson at the front desk to the wonderful service and great recommendations for dinner from our waiter Ismail, we were very pleased with choosing Shose Farmhouse! We were 2 couples and all agreed that the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and the bed super comfortable! Also enjoyed a hot soak in the outdoor tub on the balcony overlooking green fields and Mt. Kilimanjaro in the distance! A special thank you to Benson who arranged for my iphone left mistakenly in the taxi arranged by the hotel, to be returned to me! "
