"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

The hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of baixa-chiada, just steps from the metro station (which is very convenient if you have rolling luggage with the cobbled streets of Lisbon). "We had the best stay at the Visionaire Apartments in Lisbon. We had the King Bed room with city views. The decor was amazing and comforting and the King bed was the dream. We had two large windows and a double door to open and see all the action in the square. We stayed an entire week and would of stayed longer if we could. We will be back."

"This hotel is ideal for a stay over between flights. Within walking distance from the airport even with luggage. On our first night in Lisbon our room was on the floor just above the swimming pool and had a large balcony, unlike the rooms on the other floors. On our last night we came back to the same hotel but had a room without balcony. Both rooms were adequate for a short stay. Both times they checked us in long before the regular check-in time. Excellent buffet breakfast that starts at 4 AM to accommodate early flights. Highly recommended."
