"We were blown away by the outstanding welcome we received from the team at this hotel. Marta, in particular, was a real pro...made us feel like VIPs from the minute we arrived! The room was clean, spacious and well equipped with a fruit plate and cookies to greet us. They offered wonderful pickup and drop off to the airport with a uniformed chauffeur in a beautiful Model X Tesla. We tried breakfast and dinner at the hotel and were happy with the quality of the food too. A bit far from the "action" (about 25 minute walk) but closest metro is only a 4 minute walk away. They really outdid themselves with 5 star service even though they are a 4 star hotel!"
