"We stayed in a standard room with balcony and it was a lovely size with a big bathroom. Comfortable beds too. Room was cleaned and beds made every day. Breakfast was really sweet, same table reserved every day. Everything you needed at breakfast as well as being offered espresso, cappuccino or a freshly squeeze orange juice. The reception staff were always helpful if we had any questions. The location is great, not too far to walk for the main bus stop through the park. Lots of shops and restaurants around the corner. Little rooftop pool with comfortable sun loungers, pool towels available for use. Lovely views from the rooftop. The only thing I would say is floor 4 could do with a little touch up and a lick of paint to match the rest of the hotel aesthetics. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this little hotel."

"All staff were so helpful. Massages were amazing with Alesandra, best ever. Location on main road not the best, surrounded by petrol stations and Eurospar but hotel and staff make up for it"

"Lovely family run hotel with a great team of staff. Situated ideally for Bardolino centre (5 minute walk). Very good breakfasts. Menu limited for lunch and dinner and did not vary but most guests seemed to go out. Not sure I’d return to Bardolino now I’ve visited it, but if I did, would happily return to this hotel."

"The hotel was excellent in every sense. As a 4* hotel it really did everything very well. From the staff at reception and attendants around the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable along with being very quiet. We only had breakfast and this was really good. The coffee bar was really good and the Italian coffees made properly and were really lovely. Location in Bardolino is perfect a really easy short walk to the centre of the town. Again the town is a really nice place to spend time wandering the street and shops with lots of great restaurants. On the day of leaving we had full use of the spa, showers and changing rooms with a locker. This was really helpful and a nice touch as we had late flights so were able to enjoy our day and get ready to leave. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would recommend a visit."

"The room and the rest of the hotel were incredibly clean and well laid out, with exceptionally helpful staff throughout and at all hours that we needed anything, we couldnt have had a better service. The breakfast had a large, varied collection of different types of food, immaculately presented and the bar rates were extremely reasonable too."

"The hotel was lovely and clean with the room being cleaned everyday. The pool was in a great location and again was and clean. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast had a good variety of different things. Great location. The only downside was the aircon in the room being a noisy old fashioned unit which wasn't effective in the heat. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
