Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Fantastic location close to Lake Garda seafront and restaurants with grocery store just 5 mins away. Bikes for rent on site through deposit only. Whole range of choice for breakfast in lovely quiet setting. Staff friendly and helpful, had early train to catch and they produced a breakfast box of food the night before at no extra cost. Nice clean pool on site never an issue with sunbeds which were always available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."
