"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hotel Excelsior Bari. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had hurt my knee earlier that day, and the staff kindly provided ice for my knee, which I really appreciated. Their thoughtfulness made our stay even more comfortable. We also received a lovely welcome drink accompanied by chips and nuts, which was a nice touch. We stayed for one night before catching an early morning train, and the location was perfectโ€”the train station is conveniently located right across the street. A great choice for anyone traveling through Bari. Thank you to the entire staff for making our short stay so pleasant!"

"Excellent hotel. Facilities annd room's are really good and very clean. Lovely pool. Good restaurant in hotel but no other options close by. Location is ok but would not walk into town and back of an evening going through the underpass by the station. So taxi both ways. Itโ€™s ok during the day but not a pleasant walk."
