"Overall, our stay was good but not great which we expect from a Marriott hotel.
We waited approximately 5–10 minutes at the check-in counter because both front desk associates were occupied—one was assisting another guest while the other was on the phone. While we understand that staff can be busy, neither acknowledged our presence or let us know they would be with us shortly. A simple greeting or "We'll be with you in a moment" would have made the wait feel more welcoming. I also felt that the interaction could have been warmer; a smile and a friendlier demeanor would have enhanced the overall guest experience.
Breakfast was enjoyable, but with only one waffle maker available, a long line quickly formed. Adding a second waffle maker, if feasible, would help reduce wait times and improve the breakfast experience for guests.
The fitness center was well maintained and a nice amenity. However, the indoor pool was quite small, and the water temperature was colder than expected. As a result, my children did not want to stay in the pool for more than a few minutes.
For the money we pay to stay at a Marriot hotel, there is definitely room for improvement."
