"The hotel was wonderful. The hotel restaurant, not so much. Disappointing Experience – Poor Management & Overpriced Food While staying at the Carvi Beach Hotel, we decided to try Luca’s on a recommendation from hotel staff. We arrived at 6:00 PM without a reservation. Alfredo, the manager, told us they were fully booked but said he could seat us if we returned between 8:45 and 9:00 PM. We passed the time on the hotel rooftop, where Marco, the rooftop manager, provided fantastic service. We returned at the agreed-upon time and checked in with Alfredo. Despite the restaurant being half empty, he asked us to wait. For over 20 minutes, Alfredo completely ignored us while sitting at a nearby table drinking wine with other patrons. Eventually, an attentive team member (who seemed to be the assistant manager) noticed us, looked genuinely frustrated by how Alfredo had handled the situation, and seated us right away. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre and definitely not worth the high prices. While the waiting staff were friendly and hard-working, Alfredo's rude, unprofessional behavior ruined the evening. I’d recommend skipping this place."

"Absolutely beautiful property and hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant both at the resort and sister resort were fantastic. Only negative thing I can say is the pool which is beautiful was to cold. The ocean was warmer than the pool."

"Great breakfast selection. Room service was provided whenever needed. Lots of parking space. Short drive to old town and beach. However, pool towels are only changed every 7 days. It is a little bit inconvenient when you go to the beach everyday and are expected to wash and dry that same towel."

"La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne mais le service est à améliorer. Les serveurs-ses ne connaissent pas le menu : quels sont les accompagnements par exemple, le prix d’un vin qui nous est suggéré et on nous donne des informations inexactes. Le personnel du restaurant semble manquer de formation."

"Lovely property, spacious and well appointed apartment. Four outdoor pools (one adults only with bar), big gym, spa services, couple of warm indoor pools/hydrotherapy area. Close to beach (5 min walk). Far from town and stores - need a car or ride service to get groceries or sightsee. Plenty of parking. Restaurant on site was fabulous, ate there à la carte twice and buffet dinner twice. Staff very helpful. Decor modern and calming. Lovely place!"
