"We chose to stay here for our Sapphire wedding anniversary and surprise our friends who live here. I was informed that events were taking place so the room could be noisey but i never heard anything. Staff were very friendly our room was clean and tidy. Happy with our stay would stay there again. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we booked room only."

"Hotel was good and convenient for the city centre, the room (43) we were given was right by the Ipswich Road so was a little noisy. The room itself was excellent, the huge walk-in shower was a bonus. Considering the warm weather the quilt on the bed was a bit thick and we ended up taking it out of the cover. The only downside was that because we had booked through Hotels.com we were charged a £6 a night parking fee whereas if we had gone direct this would have been waived, a bit greedy considering the problems that hospitality is going through. Guess next year we will book direct!"
