The hot tub and swimming pool were excellent additions and really enhanced the stay. The amenities are modern overall; however, the TV and WiFi were disappointing. The WiFi connection was very unreliable and barely usable at times, and the TV did not support streaming services, which was a drawback."

"Liked closeness to venue where we were seeing a show. Reception staff pleasant and helpful and decor was tasteful. The room was clean and beds/pillows very comfy. Could be better if windows on exterior cleaned more regularly ours was extremely filthy. Wasn’t pleasant to look out of so we kept curtains closed. Also given next to a large venue was surprised the bar didn’t stay open to accommodate guests wanting a drink after the show. It closed at 10.00pm which I consider quite early."

"We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. The Mill is excellently placed for the City centre, 5 minutes walk & you're in the shopping area. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The robes that we paid extra for were not used as they were not soft, but rather hard and well washed. The towels however were great. The bed was a bit soft for our liking. The room was very warm and we couldn't find a thermostat to lower the temperature. Breakfast was great, plenty of selections. Overall a very pleasant stay and would visit again."

"I had a wonderful 2 days at this hotel. The spa area was beautiful and relaxing. It was busy which was nice. The breakfast was really nice and Josh and another gentleman that helped me with my servicing my breakfast. The location was very good and I would definitely book this hotel again."

"Excellent location convenient for central Manchester and Oxford Road station. Room comfortable with everything needed for a one night stay. Effective air con, unlike many hotels. Very calm and relaxing decor. Bathroom was something of a letdown with a cheap, and not particularly warm shower - a non slip mat would have been useful. We were pleased with the restaurant. The menu is a bit limited but the meals were of good quality and reasonably priced considering the location. Decent range of breakfast options though several of the ‘hot’ items were lukewarm/cold. One final point - the ‘shop’ in reception. The prices are extortionate. No wonder the shelves were full. Ok, there’s paying for convenience, but this was ridiculous - there’s a Sainsbury’s Local at the end of the street……"
