Hotel caro pelo pouco que oferece. Piscina suja, impediu a utilização da mesma. Mesmo relatando ao funcionário do hotel, a água quente do banheiro do quarto não funcionou. O piso do corredor que dá acesso aos quartos é muito barulhento, fazendo com que esse barulho invada o quarto, constantemente. O café da manhã estava razoável, com um número de opções até que adequada. Entretanto, a comida estava gelada e, as opções da cozinha, apesar de disponíveis, não estava de fácil acesso, dando a opção que o funcionários não queriam oferecer essa opção. Não volto de forma alguma a esse hotel.

Tem um hotel do lado que é muito melhor!

Péssimo atendimento! Funcionário da recepção ligou no meu quarto pra discutir pra que eu cancelasse a reserva no aplicativo pra eles não terem que pagar comissão para o aplicativo!! Tive diversos problemas com relação a isso durante a mais de uma semana de estadia! Inclusive no check-out, em que uma reserva foi faturada e a outra não, sendo que as duas foram feitas pelo aplicativo e pagas com a mesma forma de pagamento. Pessoal sem educação, conhecimento, estudo, leitura e empatia. Fora o atendimento, a limpeza deixa muito a desejar! A piscina está sempre verde e os quartos são extremamente antigos! Oferecem cama de casal e servem duas camas de solteiro com colchões diferentes e juntos por uma capa muito velha! Fui virar o colchão pois tinha um buraco no mesmo e descobri que o colchão estava todo manchado de menstruação, ou alguém morreu ali..

Good hotel close to bus station (“rodoviaria”), 10 min walk. Good for transit purposes. Staff members are helpful, just remember though the hotel is in Barreiras, a small town well inside the country, rarely anyone speaks English, get prepared and use Portuguese. Rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Overall, a good transit hotel. Thanks.

Péssima experiência em relação a limpeza do quarto. Lençóis e fronhas manchados e amarelados. O quarto e o banheiro sujo... o banheiro estava muito pior. Dentro do box azulejos amarelados, sem higiene nenhuma. Pia também muito suja. Vazando água na ducha higiênica. Ar condicionado super barulhento. A impressão que tive é que não existe manutenção de nada. Muito triste.... Já em relação ao atendimento e a comida do restaurante a experiência foi razoável.

Boa surpresa

Me hospedei no hotel 5 anos antes e houve uma melhora significativa. Ainda há alguns pontos a melhorar mas vale a pena se hospedar com calma para aproveitar a piscina. Recomendo o restaurante, comida excelente, ótimo atendimento e preço justo.
