This property does not honor the rate offered through Expedia, does not allow payment through Expedia, and charges a higher rate on arrival. Otherwise its okay, clean, no frills, basic needs met. Only caution is that if you get a room up the hill, you must drag your suitcase there. Just minor discomfort. Also the food at the cafe takes a while to get, since there are 3 ladies making it. Towels for the pool you have to ask for at the front desk.

La cocina muy rica. Incluía el desayuno y era basto y delicioso. Cenamos usualmente ahí y los precios son buenos, las porciones bien y la comida muy sabrosa. El personal muy atento. Lo recomiendo porque aunque no está en el centro los traslados son uy fáciles y los tours te recogen y dejan en la posada

Muito boa e bonita, bom custo benefício

A pousada é incrível, a disposição no terreno faz dela uma das maiores que eu já vi, o café da manhã é muito bom e os quartos são espaçosos. O pessoal do passeio vem buscar na porta da pousada, o que já é um belo adianto. A pousada bem limpa e organizada, a piscina é boa tbm e por lá eles tbm tem refeições para quem não quer sair para comer. Ar condicionado e wi-fi funcionam bem.

Boa, mas higiene do banheiro deixou a desejar

A Pousada é linda, funcionários cordiais, atenciosos e simpáticos!! Café da manhã incluso bem completo e comida a la carte no capricho, tudo bem saboroso e com fartura. A ÚNICA COISA que me desagradou, assim como ao casal que foi comigo, foi no banheiro, a área do chuveiro cheia de limbo nos rejuntes, sendo bem desconfortável e nojento… uma água sanitária e buchinha faria com que a Pousada fosse EXCELENTE, sem ressalvas. Que essa critica construtiva seja válida para que solicitem que as meninas que fazem a limpeza se atentarem em relação a isso para não causar desconforto em outros hospedes.

A pousada é um pouco afastada do centro, mas perfeita para quem quer descansar. Super agradável, tranquila, os chalés são acolhedores e no fundo da pousada, tem um deck de frente para o Rio Preguiças. O cenário é encantador e o por do sol de tirar o fôlego. A equipe é bem atenciosa. Conseguimos reservar todos os passeios e o transfer do aeroporto para Barreirinhas, com a Priscila, e foi excelente.

Ótima pousada vai sem medo.

Foi excelente ficamos seis dias na pousada. Ótima limpeza, ótimo atendimento, ótimo restaurante, estacionamento em.frente ao chalé, piscina ótima, camas e ar condicionado novos e ótimos. A localização que é um pouco afastada do centro mas eu estava com carro alugado então sem problem. Eu vi muitas pousadas e esta ganha disparado em qualidade.

Pousada nova e confortável.

Quartos grandes e silenciosos, ar condicionado e chuveiro excelentes, camas confortáveis. A piscina é bem gostosa para ser desfrutada após um dia de passeio. Há restaurante na pousada até as 21 horas. Tudo muito novinho!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The wi-FI didn’t work on our room. 5 days without wi-FI. We informed the reception on the first night and nothing was done about it. Issue was not solved, no compensation was offered, they didn’t give us a different room, we asked for a manager and nobody came. Total disregard for their guests. Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. O wi-fi não funcionou no nosso quarto. 5 dias sem wi-fi. Informamos a recepção na primeira noite e nada foi feito a respeito. O problema não foi resolvido, nenhuma compensação foi oferecida, eles não nos deram um quarto diferente, pedimos para falar com o gerente e ninguém veio. Total descaso com seus hóspedes.

SINTA-SE EM CASA...

Hospedagem de 5 dias incrível, tudo perfeito, todos muito atenciosos e solícitos. A Silmara que fez nosso check-in e check-out é muito atenciosa, MAS A "cereja do bolo" desta pousada é o casal Izabel e Chagas que cuidam do café da manhã que é preparado com muito amor (tudo gostoso) e também do restaurante. Esses dois são especiais...os hóspedes se sentem em casa ao terem contato com eles.

Um pouco decepcionado

A pousada é nova, o quarto é amplo e a cama é boa. O café da manhã é simples. A localização é um pouco distante do centro o que implica gasto com táxi ou moto táxi. Outros pontos negativos: o pagamento das diárias. A pousada não dá opção de parcelamento das diárias, ou seja, o pagamento é integral. O check-out: para quem gosta de curtir o passeio até o último momento, não indico a pousada. O check-out é às 11h pedi uma tolerância por causa da chegada do passeio às 12h30 e mesmo com a pousada não estando cheia e sem previsão de ocupação do quarto, não houve nenhum tipo de tolerância.
