"We loved the Provence region and particularly being out of the busy towns during the summer high tourist season. Definitely need a car there. We flew into Avignon and drove the car to the hotel, as well as drove around during our stay. The hotel was amazing, almost like having an apartment with a separate room for the kids. It was so peaceful and tucked away. Kids loved the 'pool', the small heated one, which is referred to as the hot tub. There is a much larger pool, but much too cold for our Florida kids :) We ate dinner at the restaurant 1 night and it was very good. You are supposed to make reservations ahead of time, which we didn't realize. They fit us in as it was our arrival night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main village of Sault is only 10 to 15 minute drive away, and you pass through it to get to the hotel. And, big plus, there is a grocery market about a 5 minute drive away. We had a full kitchen and living area, so we cooked dinner a couple nights and stayed in after touring the area during the day. In terms of other miscellaneous info, there was a small playground with swings and a slide. The main office had a lot of brochures and info about the area. There is a detached room/building for self laundry services. Overall, we all loved this location!"

"1 night stay for me and my son. Perfect location for our ascent of ventoux from Sault. Really accomodating hotel with great staff, great bike storage, good breakfast. Perfect for our needs. The cycling memorabilia amd stunning views just made it better. 100% recommend."

"I loved the staff. Everyone - especially Amelia - was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very good. I was never able to get the wifi to work in my room despite a lot of assistance. Great base for lavender, which was why I came. "

"Well placed for a stop en route north. A bit far out of the fascinating town of Sisteron if you wanted to visit it’s ancient charms, but well placed to all the routs out. "

"Excellent service from front desk and excellent food from the bistro. The property is very cool. Unfortunately our room had some issues. One was what seemed to be a faint lingering smoke smell. They had an air freshener, perhaps to mask it, but it was too strong and we put it outside. Second, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Lastly, plumbing issues, the shower head was spraying all over ceiling. The AC was shut off for season, but it was still quite warm in October when we stayed, so that added to the discomfort. "
