Loved the location and the breakfast. Nice lobby and clean room. Good parking. Up and down of staircases for some rooms is not accessible to elevator.

The hotel was in a great location to local restaurants and walking paths along the lake with nice kids amenities (playgrounds). The overflow parking was easy walking distance and felt safe (common sense do not leave valuable in the car). The rooms were modest and the beds were very comfortable and for our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at The Champlain Waterfront next time I visit Orillia.
