"The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. "Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Todo estaba muy bien , es muy comodo y nos ha tocado planta baja con acceso al jardin comunitario, q estaba bien. El problema es q me decepcione un poco pq en la foto de lo q reserve salia una terraza que en realidad corresponde a la posada, no al apartamento y desde el nuestro si no sales al jardin, no se ve el mar. La atencion de recepcion muy buena! Repetiré, pero la proxima vez cojo la posada para tener mejores vistas."
