"I just woke up around 7 am the housekeeper just walked in to my room with her key to unlock the door without even knocking I stood in my room undressed she said oh excuse me! I’m like excuse you what the hell were you thinking entering my room without knocking on the door first. ? Ive stayed in plenty of hotels this is the time I’d ever experience this one before "

"We checked in at the posted check in time but had to wait 50 minutes for our room to be ready. Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. During all this, staff socialized with each other rather than focusing on work. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move. We also found the included breakfast completely depressing. The eggs had a green-blue tint, the beans were far too orange in color, the fruit did not seem fresh, and the coffee was truly horrible. We did not even try the included breakfast our second morning. "
