"Great spot w a couple if nice restaurants in walking distance. Clean and comfortable. "

"Room was clean and the property is generally well maintained. There are very few activities to keep the visitors entertained so there's not much to do at the resort except hang around on the beach or at one of the pools. The food is uugenerally average. The buffet is the best of the options but the specialty restaurants are below average. The alcohol seemed to be of inferior quality and generally substandard. Some staff members were friendly but most did not acknowledge guests. I would not return to the resort and do not recommend it to anyone expecting memorable experience."

"The only concern I have about The Palms is the fact that the pool is difficult to get in and out of if you have mobility issues. An extra handrail in the shallow end would make it more helpful for people. "

"Room and amenities were as expected, good food and the pool area is nice. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Long wait lines (30 minutes?) to get checked in, which after a long day of travel can be a drag. Otherwise I got what I paid for and needed for a short stayover."

"Wonderful pool area, lots of mature trees, you're close the airport and right in town. Internet connection was off and on for us. Pleasant airco room, with balcony. Simple good breakfast. Friendly staff."
