"Vacationed here for a short honeymoon stay. Great property. However, take into consideration that the property is a 3-hour drive from the airport and the hotel does not provide transportation (costs an additional $USD200 for private transportation from the airport). "We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation. We were in Villa 16 and it was absolutely stunning. The property was clean and comfortable, the view was impressive, the pool was amazing, the kitchen was large and we loved cooking as a group big family meals. The mini super had all the essentials, the owners are friendly and super helpful. We had a large bus that got stuck and within minutes we were getting pulled out by the friendly staff. "I read many of the other comments and I was pleasantly surprised by the resort. My check in time took <5 min (it was a Wednesday in May though). The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was pleased that they doubled up staff were needed to always have someone that spoke English available. The food and drinks were acceptable. Overall the resort look a little “tired” but renovations are in progress. I would come back. "

"Overall our stay went well, but our check-in was a mess. This reservation was prepaid (like dozens of others we’ve made with Expedia). For some reason the front desk agent gave us the hotel’s Expedia receipt he had created which showed the room a total of $63 USD cheaper. We should NEVER have been provided that information.
