"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. "Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. Expedia are yet to support me in the process and i ended up paying for a second property."

"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"Location & appearance stunning. Interior decoration was period and sympathetic for the age of the property. Staff were polite well dressed & at tentative to your needs. Spa was well appointed, only slight drawback was you need to get the lift up to the spa which unfortunately was out of order, so needed to walk the stairs to reach it. If you ask at the main hall bar/dinning area you can even have a small tour under the premises to the wine cellar & rooms. We look forward to visiting again."

"From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. All staff from room servicing, meals and front of house were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and diner were plentiful, tasty and well presented. Parking was good. Even though we didn't want our room serviced, we received a bag of amenities. Excellent service.
