"We had a great stay. Poor was warm though a bit small but great for the space available. Gym was well equipped and wife was happy to use the treadmill. Room was clean and bathroom was huge. Staff were great. We arrived early, they were able to get us checked in and accommodated a couple special requests. We hope to stay again in the future."

"The breakfast was good. The main problem was the staff. There was seldom anyone at the front desk. When there was some one there, they did not respond to simple requests like cleaning the room."

"The place is just a bit dated. Air units are very noisy even when off. TVs turn on and off randomly in the night (haunted or electrical issue?) and staff called us at 9:30 p.m. one evening to see if we needed anything? Really strange. Hot tub isn’t very hot. Gym appears abandoned. Otherwise our stay was pleasant enough. Don’t eat at the restaurant…. "

"The place is pretty rough and not worth the price. My door wouldn't stay closed. The shower curtain rod looked like it was broken and relocated multiple times with some spackling over the old holes but no paint or primer. Bathtub faucet was dripping and there were hard water stains in the tub and it looked dirty. Lot's of caulk around the bathroom tiles and walls. Cracks in the ceiling that had been roughly spackled over. Just generally run down and in disrepair."

"We stayed in a three bedroom cabin for two nights May 9-10 so it was not busy season yet. The grounds were mowed and in good repair. The exterior and interior of the cabins are showing their age but everything worked and was fine for us. We cooked a full breakfast every morning and enjoyed long walks along the lake. Glad we stayed here over a traditional hotel. I would stay again. "
