"Property is under renovation and there is a great deal of dust and noise. Parking lot is full of construction materials and equipment. Noise started early in the morning with no warning or concern from the staff. Room was missing minimal amenities including facial tissue, no body wash in the shower, No thermostat for the AC so you have to get up in the night to turn it on and off depending on temperature you want. Also, no discount or future considerations were offered because of the construction work."
"Absolutely worst motel I’ve ver booked, my husband and I did not even stay 10 minutes in that room because of how filthy and disgusting it was. As soon as we parked we noticed a lot of activity going on in the parking lot, lots of people walking around, very loud, so safety was already a concern at that point. We then go up to the room, as soon as we get the door open a ROACH runs right across the door. first thing I always do when staying at a hotel is inspect the beds, floor, restrooms etc. let me tell you, the fitted sheets had stains all over them, also what looked like bedbug poop on the pillow case. The floors had not been swept in weeks probably, there was gunk all over the walls, bathroom. we found what looked like pubic har on the microwave, we decided to move the mini fridge to inspect and there was so many cockroaches, German cockroaches at that, this place is infested for sure. We were so disgusted, we could not spend the night there. We are still waiting on a refund for this horrible experience. Please do not stay at this motel, it’s not even decent enough to spend ONE night, believe the reviews!!! "
"First room, bathroom door was ripped off the hinges, had a hole in the floor. Was able to switch to a new room, that one was filthy. Stuff splattered on walls, stuff coming down from the ceiling. That’s just to name a few. It was disgusting and terrible and would never stay there again!"
"The overall cleanliness of this hotel was ok but in our room we found crumbs, red lint that matched nothing in the room, and a hair tie under a bedside table. It was clear by these things that the floor in our room had not been cleaned.
Also, when inspecting the bed for bugs, we noticed that the mattress had a huge brown stain on it that was covered up by a mattress pad. I understand accidents happen, but when a mattress is stained this badly, it should be replaced, not only for cleanliness but also because bodily fluids will breakdown the fibers in a mattress over time."
