"We couldn’t get mushrooms despite getting them twice before without a meal . The beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were so thin we had to ask for more. We was put near a closing door that was constant. We didn’t have ice and the rooms were roasting despite windows open and the only water available in the rooms tasted of chlorine. Loved it to begin with but yeah probably wouldn’t spend the night but would use the leisure centre more."

"This is a nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff, and the spa and pool facilities are both very good. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, the food was enjoyable. The communal areas are well presented, and overall it is a comfortable place to stay. However, on this visit my room was not as nice as on previous stays, and the bathroom was looking a little tired in places. I also noticed a sweet wrapper on the floor at the bottom of the stairs on my first day, which was still there when I left two days later. Overall, still a pleasant stay and I would return, but attention to housekeeping and maintenance could be improved."
