"We get there and there's no key code for the key box because someone lost a key and reception wouldn't give us a key. Had to wait u til someone answered the phone at the number provided. When we finally got it unlocked we couldn't lock the door again. No sheets. No pillow cases. Not even toilet paper. No mention that we had to bring our own."

"It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. "Staff were very helpful and did all they could to make our stay pleasurable. The bar area was fine and the bar staff were helpful. The sea view area at the front was very nice and Comfortable. Whilst the room was decorated, the bed wasn’t comfortable, sofa bed was classified and double bed however it was horrific to sleep on. Breakfast’s price was reasonable, continental option was good but the full English was average ."
