"The property manager didn't answer the phone, couldn't pick up the key, paid for the booking got confirmation email then couldn't get any response from the apartment, I went to the apartment still can't speak to anyone therefore I had to find another place to stay last minute which was difficult and inconvenient to say the least, I will be contacted Expedia who I booked the apartment through and I will be expecting a full refund, I would recommend booking this apartment unless you want to be...

"Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though."

"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "I liked that it was within walking distance to the train station. I was going to a concert at Hull City Hall which the hotel was also very handy for. The staff on Reception were friendly and helpful. Also the people waiting on me at breakfast were attentive and nothing was a problem for them. I was made to feel very welcome and the breakfast itself was hot and delicious. I would recommend this hotel very much. "

"Stayed one night at The Loftsome Bridge hotel and would definitely book to stay there again. The courtyard outside of reception had a nice seating area and a lily pond. Our room was super clean (as was the the rest of the hotel), and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was relatively big and had a bath, which was perfect as we cycled there and our muscles needed some TLC. I also liked that we could open the bedroom windows. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and throughout our stay all staff were polite and welcoming. "

"On arrival externally it is rather bleak but i found that the breakfast area and my room were sufficient for my needs, corridors etc somewhat dated and a lift that loves to open its doors several times when i would rather they shut. Staff were very nice and accommodating and the food decent. Although it seems a poached egg was out of the remit for one chef who murdered them twice. Offers to exchange were turned down as i don’t like waste but would prefer it done correctly first time. For working trip more than adequate."
