"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. "This is a really useful hotel for the NEC and also for Birmingham International train station. Clean and cosy room. Very comfortable bed! We really liked the pool and steam room, although the sauna wasn't working during our stay sadly. The pool staff were particularly helpful and friendly though and the bar food was great."
