Un séjour Cauchemar et traumatisant

Notre séjours a été très traumatisant. Nous étions deux soeurs et un enfant de 12 ans. On s'est fait agresser par l'un des employés malgré nos cris d'au secours, personne n'est venue à notre secours . Jusqu'à l'arrivée de la Police. C'est un établissement à déconseiller surtout pour les femmes seules avec enfants. En quittant l'hôtel nous avons même pas reçu un mot d'excuse du responsable ni de son employé. Nous avons la Vidéo, l'une de nous a filmé la scène ...

Kan niet beter!

Keurig net hotel. Brandschone kamers met uitstekende bedden. Vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt met voor elk wat wils. Jammer dat we er niet konden dineren, maar we hadden het uiteidelijk niet beter kunnen treffen met het Vietnamees restaurant in de buurt.Voor het eerst Vietnamees gegeten en dat was zo heerlijk dat we er aan denken om op de terugweg hetzelfde hotel aan te doen voor de overnachting .

Für eine Nacht geht's

Das Zimmer war überraschend klein; Duschvorhang im Bad etwas kurz, so dass man den Boden heftig mit Wasser "nass machte". Die Matratzen des Doppelbetts waren sehr schmal, ich hatte das Gefühl, die waren nur 80 cm breit, und dann waren sie fürchterlich weich! Das Frühstück war guter Durchschnitt. Die Lage direkt an der Bundesstraße und in Bahnnähe könnte je nach Zimmer und Jahreszeit (offenes Fenster nachts) etwas problematisch werden. Für eine Nacht insgesamt o.k.

Droevige agressieve behandeling van korrekte klant

De boeking bij Axion werd gedaan op voorwaarde dat wij tijdens de doorreis konden genieten van een gesloten garage . Dit werd ons bevestigd en werd beloofd dat indien de garage niet onmiddellijk beschikbaar was de hotel uitbater zijn garage zou beschikbaar zou stellen voor onze wagen. Dot ws OK voor ons. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek dt dit niet mogelijk was. Pas nadat wij gezegd hadden dat zij hun belofte niet nakwamen en wij naar een ander hotel zouden doorrijden was plots wel de garage van de uitbater beschikbaar. De volgende dag bij de afrekening rekenden zij on 30% van de prijs van ons verblijf aan ls vergoeding van de garage. deze prijs was niet afgesproken. Zij wilden de garage niet openen alvorens wij dit bedrag van de garage betaald hadden. Daarenboven werden wij, zonder enig verkeerd woord gezegd te hebben tot grote verwondering van wijzelf en de andere aanwezigen,uitgescholden door een boosaardige en agressieve vrouw aan de receptie. We werden zelfs belachelijk gemaakt dat ons land nog geen regering had. Waarom ze dat er werd bijgehaald weet ik niet. Mogelijks slecht geslapen. Deze uitbaters blijken Griekse inwijkelingen te zijn. Men mag hopen dat deze mensen geen weerspiegeling van alle Grieken.
