"Had a hard time finding the building as I booked under comfort inn but apparently it changed to a Hilton spark after my booking. There was no communication about this nor any signage at the building letting guests know. Our room was infested with ants. The night clerk offered bug spray. We had to essentially beg for another room. Which we got moved but it was a double bed instead of a king that we paid for. "

"The images online are very misleading. The Econo Lodge part is the outdated two story building in the back, not the one in the front. Anyone, hotel guests or not, can access the building. Your room door is the only door you can lock. The carpet was like soaked in smoke even when it claims to be a smoke-free facility. The first room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. Though the front desk staff immediately changed the room for us, the second room was only slightly better with empty trash can and clean bed. The door stopper that’s supposed to be able to stop the door from opening from outside was loose and didn’t provide any protection. The cover of the water tank of the toilet was nowhere to be found. One end table lamp was broken and couldn’t be turned on, and the fridge was weak/not cool enough for us to store store-bought milk. We will not return to stay in this place, and nor will we recommend this place to anyone unless you’re really tight on hotel budget."

"The room looked nothing like the pictures. One of our beds had no frame and the boxspring was on the floor. Tub had black mold and room smelled of cigarette smoke. The latch for the door to outside was missing so no added security to lock room. Comforters looked brown and dirty."

"We needed two rooms for a concert we were coming to see. Definitely not the best place but it gave us a place to lay our head rather than drive three hours after the concert ended. The cleanliness definitely lacked. "

"Room was comfortable temperature. Breakfast was fresh, coffee was great "

"It was great, except for our shower. The temperature dial didn’t work right. There was a gap where you couldn’t change the temperature until you turned it to blinding hot. Then you could turn it back. We shouldn’t have had to figure out, how to get a warm shower Plus the step down to get out of the shower was so high that I almost fell. For the rest of the trip I was afraid of our shower."
