"This was my fourth visit to Novotel Canary Wharf, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. My only regret was not staying longer. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly valued. TJ at reception greeted me warmly and answered every question with ease, while Kevin came to my rescue when I dropped my ring in the sink- his kindness and patience were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was a daily highlight- not only for the breathtaking panoramic views, but also for Barbara’s attentive and friendly service. The facilities are excellent. I made full use of the gym each day, returning to a spotless room with fresh towels, a neatly made bed, and a fridge stocked with water. My last evening was unforgettable at Bōkan, thanks to Lee, and Alex C., who crafted exceptional cocktails as the sun set over the city. The rooftop terrace is an absolute must for drinks and a view, while also offering a welcoming and comfortable space for those dining alone. Novotel Canary Wharf continues to deliver comfort, style, and genuine hospitality. I look forward to returning- next time for longer."

"A very eclectic hotel but absolutely fabulous. Staff were amazing and although it seems cluttered at first it really isn’t. It was the small touches like the room themes that made it so unique. When you turn on the tv it tells you a bit about the person whom the room is themed. The bed was a little hard but the pillows made up for it. We didn’t have breakfast as we were due somewhere else but will definitely be back "
