"I’ve stayed at Hotel Giotto twice now and it’s such a great place. The views are amazing from the room. The spa was a great way to unwind from all the walking.
We had dinner there for two nights that was impressive, the duck dish was a unique dish that I thought was amazing.
They also have parking, which is unique for Assisi
Also even though is in a ZTL zone , it’s not photo enforced so you can drive directly to the hotel and park there. "
"Great location and a nice hotel! Assisi is very hilly, so we did take a taxi from the train station vs walking with our luggage. The hotel has some great common spaces to sit and relax. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Ideal location, halfway between Basilica San Franceso and Chiesa Santa Chiara. Everything in Assisi was within short walking distance. Crucially, the hotel had 10 parking spots directly in front, which allows entrance into the ZTL (otherwise forbidden). Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked the "family room," which was huge and had a great view. Great value."
"The family that owns this place was so helpful. None of them spoke English when I checked in, but we were able to figure it out with another guest who translated I could’ve used Google translate as well. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had an amazing night sleep. The breakfast was great, and for a one night stay before my bike tour. This was perfect.
