Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. "The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility felt fresh, cozy and clean. It was in good repair with great water pressure. Certainly was convenient for us flying into Heathrow and then driving on to Scotland.. The 7 of us will be back next weekend before flying out to head home. Thank you!"

My executive room no. 18 was furnished very well and decorated with style from the owner with a middle eastern tasteful but lavish style which continued throughout the rest of the hotel
Amazing view from the rooms massive feature windows.
The bathroom was large and ,i was very happy with that space. Althoigh it would have benefited with inderfoor heating or the towel rail being able to switch on. I like a warm bathroom!
The bed was comfortable inc the pillows!
