"It was about a 10 minute drive to reach from San Sebastian. It is located in a warehouse in an industrial part of the Astigarra suburb, about a mile (1.5km) from any shops or restaurants. "The rooms and the beds are very small but very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and impressively navigated several jobs at once in three languages. The location off the highway is convenient for driving but you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel because there are no sidewalks and it is a busy street. You have to make a reservation ahead of time if you want dinner there. It is pet friendly but no place to walk your dog."

"As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."

"Great reasonably priced place to stay. Really nice staff. Breakfast was fine - a nice tray is provided to carry it to your table. There is a grill restaurant around the corner. Convenient place to stay if you are travelling - good parking with fast chargers if you have an electric car - when we were there there seemed good availability of these."
