"We had a brilliant stay at Hotel Serenella. The location is ideal - you’re in the old town, next to the Lake, near the ferry terminal yet it’s tucked away nicely so it’s peaceful. The staff were excellent, super friendly, and there to help with anything you need. The hotel has its own private pier which is great to have to go for a dip during the hottest hours of the day!! Overall, great hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Garda/Sirmione!"

"We stayed here for two separate nights during our trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is extremely convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Our room was very clean with wonderfully comfortable beds. A huge thank you to the kind and friendly staff, who even stored our luggage for us between stays. "We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!"
