"Definitely great location, that is about the only nice thing I can say! No heat in the room when we got there. Took at least 3 hours to warm up, we left and went for dinner. No extra pillows or blankets When it was time to sleep the light outside or door lit up our room like daylight. Bed was comfy Next morning went to use the toilet and wash up .... No WATER!! Called front desk and was told they were working on another part of the motel and shut it off!! No warnings! Will not stay again"

"Nice staff clean rooms"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall it was okay, but there were several issues. The room itself was clean and fairly nice. The only complaint about the room setup was that the TV was definitely too small for the size of the space. We brought our own toiletries, so it didn’t affect us much, but the hotel only provided shampoo and facial soap — no hand soap, body soap, or conditioner. The outside conditions were a major concern. The grounds were extremely snowy and very icy. There didn’t appear to be any shoveling or proper ice maintenance. We actually fell once because of how slippery it was. There were huge snowbanks, and you had to walk through a couple of inches of built-up ice just to get inside the door. We were also not given the WiFi password at check-in and had to call staff to get that information. Additionally, we had to call staff to receive a room key. The room itself did not have an additional interior lock, which made us feel a bit uneasy from a safety standpoint. The staff were friendly overall. They initially tried to charge us for our service dog, but later apologized and refunded the charge, which we appreciated. Overall, I would rate this hotel around a 2.5 to 3 stars. It wasn’t terrible, but there are definitely areas that need improvement — especially winter maintenance and basic guest information at check-in."
