"Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, Esthefany and the entire staff were very accommodating and made certain that all of our needs were met. The resort offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere and the views were picturesque. We enjoyed a private boat tour of the island which included snorkeling, dolphin watching, and relaxation at the beach and we also participated in the zip line experience. Orbitz did not provide an option to add on the transfer from the airport to the boat tender (less than 5 mins away) but there was a gentleman from the resort that shuttled our group to the tender upon arrival. Great experience!!!"

"This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"

"My boyfriend and I spent 2 absolutely perfect nights here. Pierre was so incredibly helpful and all but predicted our needs. From arranging taxis for us to booking our Zapatillas tour, he helped us with everything and anything we needed. HIGHLY recommend booking the zapatillas tour with him as the tour company he uses is not only respectful of the animals and the environment but were also similar wonderful guides. The hotel itself is nestled in the jungle of the island which was incredible. Sitting on the balcony outside of our room we saw monkeys and during breakfast Pierre pointed out some sloths and even had binoculars for us to use! Simply put, our stay here was magical. Cannot recommend enough."

"My stay at the Lodge at Punta Rica was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing vacations I have ever had. Nestled on a hilltop on Bastimentos Island and overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the lodge was a peaceful haven of tranquility, beauty, and relaxationโexactly what I needed after a hectic and stressful season of life. The hotel staff met me at the airport and transported me by boat to Bastimentos Island, a short 20-minute ride from Bocas del Toro Isla Colรณn. Brian and Dan, the owners of the lodge, were hospitable and accommodating in every way. Brian, a professionally trained chef, prepared meals that were scrumptious, healthy, and beautifully presented. The desserts were especially delicious and decadent; the chocolate donuts and chocolate mousse were the best I have ever had. Every meal at the lodge was locally sourced and prepared with love and careful attention to detail. The room I stayed in was spacious, nicely furnished, and conveniently located near the pool. Although the rooms do not have air conditioning, the fans kept the space comfortable. There are also no televisions on the property, which allowed me to focus on the natural beauty of the lodge, decompress, and disconnect from the noise of the outside world."

Destaco la atenciรณn del dueรฑo y la encargada que a pesar de estar haciendo refacciones no cancelaron la reserva y permitieron que nos alojรกramos como รบnicos pasajeros en el hostel. Excelente la excursiรณn a Cayo Zapatilla con Randall y Amir, el budรญn de Tita imperdible!!"

"What a gorgeous beach! This was a magical place with the friendliest staff, a great restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. I chose the Jungalow room because I wanted to be immersed in nature. The structure was rustic, but it was so cool hearing all the jungle noises while I slept. The shower was also big and open to the jungle, which was really cool. My friend chose a newer air-conditioned room, which was really lovely. We met travelers from all over and weโre having breakfast with them by the last morning. Highly recommended!"
