"Room was clean and fairly quiet but we had to keep calling the desk or housekeeping to get items like towels, coffee, soaps as they would not consistently restock. Food selection was minimal at the restaurant and difficult to get attention from bartenders and servers. Pool area was very small and there was no shuttle service. Also put 150$ per night surcharge on your card which they won't tell you about ahead of time - more than luxury resorts we've stayed at! The resort fee was 45$ per day and doesn't include much beyond pool access and one free drink. The location and decor were the upsides. "

"I had come to stay from out of state and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating! The breakfast was stocked with a variety of choices each morning, the common areas were gorgeous, and it was a close distance to many iconic restaurants. Although it lists that parking is available, be mindful that the secured garage is an additional $35 per night! If you dont mind street parking then that's always an option. Overall I had no complaints and would consider staying again the next time I visit Austin!"
