"Honestly, this resort is very disappointing and not worth the money. The place is already dilapidated, likely due to past storms, and it seems that proper repairs were never done. Many of the facilities feel worn out and neglected. One major concern is security and privacy—some rooms cannot even be properly locked, which makes guests feel unsafe.
Food is also a big issue. Their options are very limited, and worse, you cannot order food on demand. Everything has to be arranged a day in advance because they don’t cook upon request. This is very inconvenient, especially since once you arrive, you’re basically stuck in the resort with no easy way to leave and find alternatives.
Overall, the management should seriously consider closing temporarily for a full renovation and operational overhaul.
This trip ended up being a waste of money, and I would not recommend staying here in its current condition."
