Property was great, except the hotel over charged me double what my confirmation said. Tried to fix the mess up for 3 straight days but every time the front said it would correct over night but it didn’t. On Sunday morning my bill was double the amount, and the front desk said no way to change it and I would be charged full freight, even though I had email confirmation!! Very frustrating and disappointed because overall very good location.

It appeared to look nice, but when I took a second look in the lobby sitting area, the couches and chairs were dirty and soiled. They have a bug issue in the 2 rooms they put me in . The first room has a bug in my bed. The second room had a big pregnant roach crawling by the microwave area.. I told them at the front desk, I did not feel comfortable staying there at the Holiday Inn. They did not charge me and said that my money would be refunded in 7-10 business days.

Really good hotel, nice and clean. Only problem was checkout was at 11 had sign on the door and cleaning lady didn’t knock or anything and tried to get in our room and it was only 8:50am. Thought the sign was to let them know you wasn’t ready for it to be cleaned.

We stayed here towards the end of a road trip for one night. It differentiated itself in its price point for cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness. The woman at the desk actually offered to change our room without being asked.The work out room looked terrific although we didn’t use it. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. A short but great stay!

I’ll never stay here again. I paid a lot for the executive suite and was given a regular room for my stay.

The young lady working the evening shift at the desk was very polite and helpful. She answered all our questions and had many recommendations for us during our stay.

Nothing special here
The room was comfortable with no big issues. The curtain wouldn’t close all the way because it was ripped in the middle. The food in the restaurant was not good. A hamburger for dinner was thumbs down. Breakfast ran out of food most food at 9:30 so I was refunded. Nothing special here.

The room was nice, clean and comfortale. Staff was pleasant and inforrmative. My only issue is accessibility. The room was a long distance from the entrance. The bathroom shower was accessible but the floor was super slippery. Not great. Also the water flowed all over the bathroom. Obviously the room was retrofitted for handicapped. I get it. Just from a disabled persons view not exactly accessible.
