We were late and rescheduling a driver that has been staying at this hotel for three months. His belongings were bagged up the only belongings that were returned to him where his clothes he is missing a watch and sunglasses to which the management at the hotel says that he doesn’t think his people would have taken it. I have spent over $15,000 at this hotel in the last three months and I find it concerning that they would not have even called the driver knowing that the reservation was made from Expedia or Hilton to contact me as I’m the person that’s booked these rooms. My number is 713-265-7722 and my name is James Traylor . These rooms were booked to Expedia. I am also a diamond member With Hilton. I would think that the hotel would do the right thing and take care of this Driver. If not, I will have to reconsider my commitments to Hilton going forward.
