We were late and rescheduling a driver that has been staying at this hotel for three months. His belongings were bagged up the only belongings that were returned to him where his clothes he is missing a watch and sunglasses to which the management at the hotel says that he doesn’t think his people would have taken it. I have spent over $15,000 at this hotel in the last three months and I find it concerning that they would not have even called the driver knowing that the reservation was made from Expedia or Hilton to contact me as I’m the person that’s booked these rooms. My number is 713-265-7722 and my name is James Traylor . These rooms were booked to Expedia. I am also a diamond member With Hilton. I would think that the hotel would do the right thing and take care of this Driver. If not, I will have to reconsider my commitments to Hilton going forward.

Thank you James for choosing the Home2 Suites Citiplace Baton Rouge, we appreciate your business and feedback.It's difficult to read your comments, we definitely understand how your driver and you feel after spending all this time and money at our hotel, you think we are a dishonest business, right?From our side, we don't belive that our associates are dishonest, nor it's worth the bad reputation for us to take something that don't belong to us. We understand your frustration, however, we returned the items that was left in the room. And reviewed the cameras from the hallway and the back of the house, and we could confirm that our housekeeper is honest and turned in what was left in the room as she was supposed to. Why would she only turn in few items? If your accusation is correct, she would have left no evidence!Again thank you for your business and feedback...

Brian’s Top 3 Moments
The best part was Brian at the front desk 💋 let me list his BEST TOP 3 MOMENTS 1. Upon arrival I realized during check-in I did not have my debit card. I quickly realized I left it at the restaurant I had just left which was Gino’s ( you must go, their staff is top notch) anyways back to Brian, I told him which restaurant without hesitation he quickly pulled out his cell phone to look up their number. And thankfully I located my card. 2. I told Brian we needed extra towels. And once again he delivered top notch service. Let me tell you how…….when I came back downstairs he had fresh stack of everything nicely folded 😉 ready me !! 3. Brian’s compassion for his guests really makes you enjoy your stay that much more. Way to go Brian !! Keep up the great work !!

One reason I chose this hotel was the 12 noon checkout time. But on checking in, I was told check out is at 11 am. I am really disappointed.My child is competing in a swim meet that is expected to end at 11 so the time difference will make it a stressful morning that I was hoping to avoid by finding a hotel with noon checkout.

The property looked well kept. Took a while to get checked in. Entering the elevator, it smelled like Marijuana. There was some sort of bug on one of the beds. The area was very quiet.

Clean and updated aesthetics close to LSU campus and Perkins Road for shopping and restaurants. We booked a room with 2 queen beds. There was plenty of room with the sleeper sofa to not feel cramped.
